Cover Kap integrated solution for automatic labeling machines
Cover Star Auto Label is a custom software solution integrated with Cover Kap for machine lines that include automatic labeling capability. Because every company’s machine line, labeling unit, controller, panel flow and output structure can be different, this product is not offered with a fixed public price. A custom quotation is prepared after reviewing the machine brand/model and production line requirements.
The program reads project and panel data from Cover Kap and automatically determines the label position for each cabinet door. Parts on the panel are analysed together with customer, colour, dimension, barcode, model type and group data, then label placements are positioned for machine-ready output. If needed, users can manually change the label position of any part and generate label files and NC codes afterwards.
Auto Label is designed for CNC or line machines with automatic labeling units where the label must be applied to the correct part and at the correct location. The preview and control screen lets users visually check label points on the panel before production, reducing risk before files are sent to the machine line.
Custom label designs are prepared as part of the delivery. Customer, project, colour, dimension, quantity, barcode, panel, position and production fields can be arranged according to the company’s needs. Auto Label training is free; after setup, users are trained on project import, automatic positioning, manual adjustment, preview/control, label file generation and NC output.
