Web-based order tracking that can be managed from anywhere
Cover Sip Order Tracking System is a web-based management platform developed for cabinet door, furniture and custom-size production companies. Customers, orders, production status, colour stock, models, square meters, pricing, reports and user actions can be managed from anywhere with internet access. Office, production, accounting, packaging-shipping and management teams can work on the same order data.
The software includes customer cards, customer groups, current accounts, invoices, order statuses, colours, models, product types, auxiliary products, quality control, packaging-shipping, cargo companies, announcements, to-do lists, mail, SMS, notes, log records and detailed reports. Dashboard screens provide sales statistics, total order counts, monthly/yearly square meters, most used models, colours and product types.
Cover Sip works integrated with Cover Kap and lets teams instantly view cutting status of orders. CSV outputs can be generated for pre-CNC optimisation workflows, allowing order data to move into production preparation in a cleaner structure. Automatic pricing can be calculated according to material, model and colour; order forms and report outputs can be prepared in formats suitable for customers or internal teams.
The system supports SMS updates to customers, e-mail notifications, order status tracking and operation history. Remote support can be provided for possible issues. The product price is 1,850 EUR + VAT. Since this is an online system, an additional annual 200 EUR + VAT server hosting, maintenance and backup fee applies. Installation and 3 days of training are free.
