Integrated label and part tracking module for Cover Kap
Cover Lab Label System is an integrated module for Cover Kap Parametric Cabinet Door. Cover Kap is required in order to use this module. Cover Lab turns production list data into printable labels based on plate, customer, project, colour, dimension, quantity and cutting status, strengthening control after CNC cutting, sanding, grouping and delivery.
Users can design labels according to their own workflow. Customer name, project name, colour, dimensions, quantity, barcode, plate data and custom fields can be arranged to match each company’s production floor and tracking standards.
Cover Lab also prints labels for manually cut parts, not only CNC-cut parts. This allows manual cutting items to stay inside the same production tracking flow. By separating unfinished jobs, finished jobs, plate parts, manually cut parts and part details, teams can verify that all parts belonging to an order are complete before sanding and delivery.
The product price is 350 EUR. Training for Cover Lab is free. Training covers Cover Kap integration, label design, plate/part filters, manually cut parts and printing workflow with practical examples.
