Cover Kap Parametric Cabinet Door is developed for manufacturers that need to manage model selection, dimensions, customer data, barcode, colour, job number and production path in one controlled workflow. It combines macro lists, product information, project data and production rows so repetitive cabinet door jobs can be prepared faster and with fewer manual errors.
The software is designed for CNC workshops, cabinet door producers, furniture manufacturers and companies that process custom-sized panel or door orders. Users can prepare production lists by entering model name, model type, width, height, quantity, colour, customer name, barcode and notes. CSV import helps transfer order data from external systems, while nesting preparation keeps production data organised before machine output.
Cover Kap is not limited to a single fixed model structure. A model library can be prepared according to the company’s requirements and expanded over time. Handle, drawer, glass, engraving, pocketing, style and tool assignment scenarios can be configured through practical parameters, allowing standard models and custom production requests to stay in the same workflow.
